‘I have spent over 28 years in senior international leadership roles, helping to grow business in organisations like Kraft, Boots and Tata – holding positions on multiple executive boards as both Director and Chairman. In this time I have restructured businesses, bought and sold businesses, nurtured new business start-ups and delivered significant change management programmes.

More than anything else, this journey has convinced me that people make the difference to business success. The biggest career learning for me has been the profound importance of emotional intelligence and effective team working in helping people and organisations create happy futures.

As a consequence I felt compelled to establish a performance coaching business – The Holland Network – to help people work better together so that business becomes more rewarding and successful.’
